Motorcycle Riding Experience: Off & on for 30 years I rode in the passenger seat behind Marvin.  Then 8 years ago, we started riding regularly, me in the passenger seat once again.  In the summer of 2003 the call of the front seat was just too strong.  I took a beginners class and got my license.  We bought a Honda 250 so I could practice.  In November of 2003, my 2004 Heritage Softail came home with me.  In 2004, I won first place in the female long flyer program. I broke my arm in 2005 so only rode a few miles over 16,500.

Bio/Family: Born in the piney woods of East Texas and raised in the TX panhandle, I was the only child of a WWI veteran.  I've been married to Marvin for 46 years.  We have three sons and one daughter.  Our oldest son, Calvin, moved back to TX after spending 8 years on submarines in US Navy.  He now lives outside Princeton, TX and has 3 little girls.  The second son, Stephen, a Command Sergeant Major in US Army, is now in Iraq, with a home base at Fort Carson, CO, and has 3 sons.  The third son, Douglas, is a Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy stationed at Lamoore NAS when he is stateside.  He has 1 son and 1 daughter.  Teresa is our baby.  She is married to a soldier and has 1 son.  They are temporarily stationed at Elgin Air Force Base in Florida while he learns to handle bombs and explosives.
Favorite Ride: Any road that has hill or mountains and curves or is flat and straight.  Seriously, I would have to say CO state highway 92 and the Fall Foliage Rides to AR.
Personal Comment:

Live everyday as if it were your last.  Yesterday is gone, there is no promise of tomorrow.  Make today special.
