Motorcycle Riding Experience:

In 2000, I turned 50, got divorced, and wanted to do something different and exciting, so I took the Texas R.I.D.E.R. course.   I had never ridden or driven a motorcycle before, but always loved the sound of a Harley and all that shiny chrome!  After test-driving a Harley, I bought my 2001 black Low Rider in August, 2000, and have logged 54,000 miles on her since then.

Bio/Family:

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA (go Steelers and Penn State!!)  I have two children, ages 27 and 28.  I also have two other “children” – Harley and Davidson, 4 year old yellow Labs.  When not riding, I practice law, specializing in Family Law, Probate and Guardianships.

Favorite Ride:

Tough to choose just one, but so far it would have to be the ride I took from Fairbanks, AK, to TX, along the Alaska Highway, Icefields Parkway in Canada, and through Yellowstone and Grand Tetons National Parks -- 5,000 miles of incredible scenery and challenging roads.

Personal Comment:

It is my hope to inspire women to learn to ride.  Motorcycling is truly an amazing experience, where one’s physical, mental and spiritual strength and endurance are often tested beyond that we believed we could do.
